What we do
Property Kitchen was founded by Richard Betts, a former executive manager of aerospace component manufacturing companies, who had developed a keen interest in property and property management with three short term holiday let properties in East Devon. Looking to branch out and offer superior quality lets in the longer term rental market, Property Kitchen purchased two properties in Exeter to provide HMO housing, for young working professionals. Richard has since become an accredited landlord through the National Residential Landlords Association and is now developing a third HMO property in Exeter.
Property Kitchen are proud to offer modern, safe, well managed accommodation with great links to Exeter city centre. Additionally, our rooms are inclusive of bills, including high speed broadband and a weekly cleaning service.
We want tenants who will be happy not only with Property Kitchen but also with their housemates. We promote friendships within our homes and match potential tenants with similar housemates. We believe this is why our tenants usually stay long term in our homes.
Plans for the future
We are currently adding to our portfolio of properties and are expanding our presence in Heavitree with number 19.
We will be renovating number 19 into a comfortable, modern space, for young professionals to call their home. This would complete three in a row homes on South Lawn Terrace, with the hope of providing a better community for our tenants.
