Welcome to Property Kitchen
We provide houses in multiple occupation (HMO), for young working professionals in Exeter. Our properties are modern, safe, well managed and are ideally located, with great links to Exeter city centre. All of our rooms are inclusive of bills, including high speed broadband and a weekly cleaning service.
We want tenants who will be happy not only with Property Kitchen but also with their housemates. We promote friendships within our homes and match potential tenants with similar housemates. We believe this is why our tenants usually stay long term in our homes.
18 South Lawn Terrace
Number 18 is conveniently located with access to major road links including the M5 and A30. Heavitree park, Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, and Polsloe train station are within a short walking distance of the property. Additionally there is a bus stop just over the road for longer commutes.
19 South Lawn Terrace
Number 19 is our newest home in the portfolio. The home is currently undergoing maintenance and improvements and is in the ‘project’ stage. We are renovating number 19 into a comfortable, modern space, for young professionals to call their home.
